This full-time hourly role requires a minimum of five years of relevant quarry experience and an educational background in a related field. You'll lead safety protocols, manage day-to-day operations, and foster communication between workers and management.

Your role will also involve engaging in joint safety committees to improve workplace practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure productivity standards are consistently met

• Lead daily operation reviews and planning sessions

• Assist in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

Requirements:

• 5+ years of quarry-related work experience

• College diploma or equivalent field experience
