As a Production Manager, you'll lead product development and oversee strategic resource allocation. Your critical role involves managing supplier relationships, overseeing production execution, and ensuring quality and cost targets are met. You will need to collaborate across teams to bring functional assortments to life, aligning with merchandising strategies and consumer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Translate merchant vision into actionable production priorities
• Oversee product development and execute on strategies
• Manage cross-functional collaboration for effective execution
• Negotiate supplier performance and evaluate production capabilities
• Identify production risks to ensure supply continuity
Requirements:
• 5–7 years in retail product development and sourcing
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PLM systems
• Passion for product development and teamwork
