Position: Seasonal Night Baker at Your Bread Box
Location: Carp

Become a vital part of Your Bread Box as a Seasonal Night Baker in Carp, Ontario. Help create our delicious sourdough loaves while working overnight in a collaborative kitchen environment.

This role focuses on the preparation, baking, and packaging of various baked goods under the guidance of the Lead Baker. Ideal candidates have a passion for sourdough bread and experience in commercial kitchens. You will need to maintain cleanliness and organization while adhering to health standards and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and packaging sourdough loaves and other goods

• Maintain a clean and organized baking area for safety

• Track inventory and replenish supplies for production

• Bake up to 500 loaves per shift under set standards

• Engage in learning opportunities to enhance baking skills

Requirements:

• Available 3-4 days a week including weekends

• Experience in a commercial kitchen preferred

• Passion for sourdough and baking knowledge

• Strong physical stamina for production tasks

• Commitment to punctuality and team collaboration
