Build healthcare products as a Production Assembler with Cardinal Health in Gananoque. Apply hand-eye coordination, inspections, packaging, and documentation practices.
The Assembly team manufactures medical devices by putting component parts together according to standard operating procedures. This position supports product quality and safety compliance across repetitive and non-repetitive production tasks. Responsibilities include process setup, material changes, quality inspections, packaging, line clearance, and participation in applicable Non-Conformance investigations.
Key Responsibilities:- Follow standard operating procedures for device assembly
- Conduct quality inspections against processing specifications
- Perform packaging duties and maintain good documentation practices
- Complete line clearance and setup for changeovers
- Learn and apply GMP and 5S methodologies
- High School diploma preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong hand-eye coordination for detailed production duties
- Ability to perform fast-paced repetitive work
- Ability to work rotating shifts in a 24/5 environment
