Operate air separation and VPSA systems using cryogenic process knowledge, troubleshooting expertise, and safe work practices in a full time plant operator position.
As an Air Separation Plant Operator with Linde, you will manage plant operations through established processes and Operating Discipline principles. You will monitor equipment, process conditions, and control systems while adjusting operations through complex computer systems. The work includes troubleshooting, maintenance, performance improvements, and coaching others. Individuals set priorities and complete activities with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate air separation and VPSA plants safely and efficiently
- Follow Operating Discipline procedures and practices
- Field check equipment and monitor process conditions
- Adjust operations through multiple plant computer control systems
- Troubleshoot deviations, perform minor repairs, and maintain equipment
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent process operations experience
- Three to five years in process operations, or relevant certificate
- Ability to interpret P&IDs and SWDs
- Strong computer, technical, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to travel 30%, work overtime, and remain on call
