Why does this position exist in CCO?The Marketing Team extends our reach so that the Gospel can be proclaimed clearly and simply, and multiplying leaders can be activated in fulfillment of Jesus’ Great Commission. Brand Coordinators accelerate the growth of critical brand areas, advance CCO’s 10‑Year Vision, strengthen partnerships, and bring brand alignment to assigned areas across teams. This role ensures data‑driven marketing decisions that meet the needs of our audiences.
Whatdoes this position do for CCO?
- Collaborate on creating and executing CCO’s Marketing Plan.
- Coordinate marketing projects related to CCO’s Marketing Pillars.
- Research new marketing opportunities and improve current strategies.
- Contribute to strategic decisions for marketing campaigns and new products.
- Create and execute project plans for marketing events, social media posting, and inter‑departmental initiatives.
- Write copy and content for appropriate marketing channels connected to campaigns and products.
- Coach and support other departments that provide external services to support their brand.
- Perform analytics and tracking for project performance.
- Participate in the New Evangelisation mission of the Catholic Church, including leadership in Catholic Faith studies and evangelisation efforts.
- Good storytellers who love sharing how CCO advances the Church’s mission.
- Passion for using digital and social media to proclaim the Gospel.
- Understanding of the importance of strong, clear branding for a movement like CCO.
- Collaborative, team‑oriented approach.
- Excellent project and timeline management skills.
- Education or experience with marketing, social media management, graphic design or copywriting is an asset.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator is considered an asset.
The Brand Coordinator will receive a starting annual salary of $54,200.28, based on a 40‑hour work week. Salaries increase with experience. Please read the following documents: CCO Statement of Faith, CCO Code of Conduct, CCO Mission Statement.
