We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly versatile Brand and Marketing Manager to lead our brand development and marketing initiatives across our portfolio of three distinct companies: an interior design firm, a retail furniture storefront, and a property management company.
This role is ideal for a multi-faceted creative professional who possesses a unique mix of high-end visual storytelling and strong analytical capabilities. The successful candidate will drive brand growth through innovative campaigns, market analysis, digital storefront optimization, and effective management of marketing resources.
A deep understanding of market data (such as Nielsen data), e-commerce platforms, sales strategies, and multi-brand management is essential to succeed in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Strategic Brand Management & Product Lifecycle
Omnichannel Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share across our interior design, retail, and property management channels.
Product & Inventory Management: Oversee retail storefront product management activities, including product updates, pricing strategies, product launches, and seasonal lifecycle positioning. Maintain accurate digital inventory and tenant listing portals.
Sales & Revenue Alignment: Coordinate closely with sales and leasing teams to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and support direct revenue growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive branding efforts, seamless customer/tenant journeys, and uniform brand positioning.
2. Digital Marketing & Creative Content Execution
Campaign Management: Design, launch, and manage targeted digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, ensuring precise alignment with each brand’s objectives.
Creative Development: Lead visual asset creation utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere) and Canva to produce compelling visual content, graphics, and high-quality short-form video (Reels, Tik Tok, Pinterest).
Social & Community Management: Maintain a unified monthly content calendar. Curate luxury, aesthetic content for the design/furniture brands, and professional, informative content for the property management arm. Respond to social inquiries to drive inbound leads.
3. Data Analysis, Budgeting & Optimization
Market Intelligence: Utilize Nielsen data and other market research tools to closely monitor market trends, consumer insights, and the competitive landscape to inform strategic business decisions.
Performance Metrics: Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, conversion rates, web traffic) and adjust digital strategies dynamically to optimize results.
Financial Accountability: Manage budgets for marketing projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maximizing ROI across all three business divisions.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
3–5+ years of proven experience in marketing management with a clear focus on digital marketing, e-commerce, or brand development. Experience in luxury retail, real estate, interior design, or corporate property management is highly preferred.
Analytical
Skills:
Strong analysis skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret Nielsen data , market trends, and complex consumer analytics.
Technical & Creative Proficiency:
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for professional content creation and campaign asset development.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager), and social media management dashboards.
Hands-on experience managing modern e-commerce and web platforms (e.g., Shopify,)
Core Competencies:
Demonstrated ability in budgeting and tactical resource allocation for multi-layered projects.
Knowledge of standard sales processes and a solid understanding of how marketing strategies directly influence top-line revenue growth.
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging across vastly different industries.
Exceptional organizational skills to balance high-level strategy with daily execution across three distinct business entities.

$50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
