Join Sweat Pants Agency as a Performance Media Buyer and drive growth for DTC brands across Meta and Tik Tok. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and media expertise to scale ad campaigns.
We are seeking a media buyer who understands more than just ad buying. This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in scaling eCommerce brands and running successful paid media campaigns. You will create testing roadmaps, communicate with clients, and navigate the complexities of ad performance for various clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own media strategy and operations for DTC clients
• Build and analyze creative testing roadmaps
• Manage ad budgets between $30k and $1m monthly
• Diagnose issues in the conversion funnel effectively
• Collaborate with UGC creators and oversee content direction
Requirements:
• Proven experience managing Meta Ads with measurable results
• Familiarity with building or operating Shopify stores
• Strong creative insight generation from competitor analysis
• Ability to craft UGC scripts and brief creative teams
• Fast adaptability with a strategic thinking mindset
