Stantec Senior Pursuit Specialist

Drive strategic growth as a Senior Pursuit Specialist rsee complex proposals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance market positioning and brand presence successfully.

Reporting to the Regional Pursuit Team Manager, this senior role ensures effective proposal management for critical initiatives. You will engage in strategy brainstorming, deliver high-impact proposals, and collaborate with marketing and business-development teams to align on corporate goals for growth.

Your background in proposal management will play a crucial role in Stantec's journey to market leadership.

• Plan and execute all aspects of RFPs and proposals
• Lead discussions to determine Go/No-Go decisions
• Organize kickoff meetings and coordinate team contributions
• Manage proposal schedules and ensure quality control
• Collaborate on pursuit-related communications and presentations

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years in a pursuit-related role, preferably in A/E/C
• Experience in leading complex proposals and responses
• Solid interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate
• Familiarity with content management and collaboration tools
