This role requires a seasoned professional with a college diploma in marketing, communications, or event management, along with a minimum of five years' experience in a similar position. You will manage event logistics, budgets, and marketing efforts, as well as supervise staff and volunteers to create successful and memorable events for the entire faculty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and design engaging on- and off-campus events
• Manage logistics including catering and registrations
• Supervise event staff and volunteers
• Handle budgets while ensuring compliance with policies
• Implement marketing plans to maximize attendance
Requirements:
• College diploma in marketing, event management, or equivalent
• Minimum five years of relevant work experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• Bilingualism in French and English preferred
