Join Valtech as a Marketing Event Manager leveraging 3-5 years of event marketing experience. This role, based in Toronto or Montreal, emphasizes planning impactful events across North America.
In this position, you will report to the VP of Marketing, Americas, collaborating with diverse teams to produce engaging events. You will plan and execute various industry events, webinars, and round tables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Successful candidates are curious problem solvers excited about technology and creativity, with strong stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute North American marketing events
• Develop event plans, budgets, and timelines
• Collaborate with stakeholders and core teams
• Define event KPIs with marketing leads
• Manage event production and logistics
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in event marketing, preferably B2B
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Travel required for on-site management
• Experience with Agile methodologies (preferred)
