As an Upper Class Campus Leader, you’ll lead the growth of creators in your university and act as the bridge between students, campaigns, and opportunities.

You're not just a creator—you're the one who builds the ecosystem.

• Recruit and onboard student creators on your campus
• Build and manage your Upper Class Campus Team
• Coordinate campaigns from universities and brands
• Guide creators on content and participation
• Ensure consistent creator activity and growth

• ~4 hours per week
• Flexible, async work

• Paid internship / part-time compensation
• $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on project type)
• Leadership experience (real team-building, not theory)
• Direct exposure to brand & university campaigns
