This position requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in building integrated marketing plans while collaborating across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with business goals
• Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team
• Execute lead generation programs, including digital campaigns
• Refine brand story ensuring consistency across channels
• Equip sales teams with tools to close deals effectively
Requirements:
• 5‑10 years of B2B marketing experience
• Leadership role experience for at least 2-3 years
• Expertise in marketing automation tools like Hub Spot
• Strong understanding of ABM and content marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
