Marketing Operations Assistant (Part-Time)
Remote | 15-20 Hours Per Week with Room to Grow to Full-Time
Aureatix is a digital marketing agency specializing in helping IT companies and managed service providers (MSPs) grow through SEO, content marketing, local search, and online visibility.
We're looking for a highly organized Digital Marketing Assistant to help execute recurring marketing tasks and keep projects moving forward.
This is not a strategy or client management role. Instead, you'll work directly with the owner to implement marketing initiatives, manage website updates, prepare reports, organize data, and support day-to-day agency operations.

Responsibilities Website & Content Management- Publish and format blog posts in Word Press
- Upload and optimize website content
- Add images, internal links, and metadata
- Perform basic website updates and quality assurance checks
- Create and update business directory listings
- Manage local citation campaigns
- Verify business information across online platforms
- Assist with Google Business Profile optimization
- Prepare ranking and performance reports
- Gather data from SEO and marketing platforms
- Conduct competitor and industry research
- Maintain organized spreadsheets and documentation
- Schedule social media posts
- Upload and format newsletters
- Repurpose existing content for social platforms
- Assist with content organization and publishing workflows
- Organize digital assets and project files
- Follow documented processes and checklists
- Assist with client onboarding tasks
- Support special projects as needed

After 90 days, you'll be able to:
- Publish content with minimal supervision
- Complete recurring marketing tasks accurately
- Maintain organized project documentation
- Help reduce administrative workload across the agency
- Identify and resolve small issues before they become larger problems
Part-time position (15-20 hours/week)
Compensation based on experience - $19 - $25 an hour to start with room to grow.
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
