As a key member of our newly structured Content team, you'll report to the Head of Content while collaborating with GTM, Sales, Rev Ops, and Customer Success. Your mission is to build a robust content engine that communicates our strategic insights effectively. This position requires a blend of strong writing skills, project coordination, and audience insight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write diverse content types including blog posts and eBooks

• Gather audience insights from sales and customer interactions

• Coordinate multiple content projects and ensure deadlines are met

• Manage social media operations and community engagement

• Refresh blog content for audience relevance and SEO

Requirements:

• Proven B2B writing expertise with a warm tone

• Strong coordination skills with various stakeholders

• Proficient in AI tools, CMS, and analytics

• Native English speaker;
French is an asset

• Experience in project management techniques
