Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Email and SMS campaign planning for retention initiatives

• Own optimization of customer journeys and key lifecycle segments

• Develop audience segmentation using customer and engagement data

• Direct retention creative strategies and campaign messaging

• Analyze KPIs like Open Rate and Customer Lifetime Value

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in lifecycle or retention marketing with e-commerce

• Experience in managing and training direct reports

• Proficient in Shopify, Klaviyo, and Postscript

• Passion for beauty and skincare industry
