Your role encompasses managing a coordinator while optimizing customer engagement through personalized approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Email and SMS campaigns for retention efforts

• Optimize customer journeys including winback and loyalty strategies

• Develop segmentation strategies with customer data

• Manage creative execution and testing of campaigns

• Analyze campaign performance and adjust key metrics

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of lifecycle or CRM marketing experience

• Proficient in Klaviyo and Shopify, Postscript a plus

• Strong organizational and management skills

• Passion for e-commerce and skincare

• Experience managing and training team members
