This role is ideal for someone passionate about communications and knowledge management. You will develop content for Client Services, maintain Salesforce knowledge resources, and execute Advisor communications. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and edit content for Client Services knowledge platform
• Support Advisor communications using Marketing Cloud
• Maintain high writing standards across all content
• Coordinate feedback through surveys to improve knowledge usage
• Keep teams informed of product and service updates
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in a service-oriented role
• Experience in communications or knowledge management
• Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
• Subject matter expertise in CI processes preferred
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
