In this critical role, you will orchestrate CaptivateIQ's field marketing strategy, focusing on industry conferences, executive dinners, and customer events. Collaborating closely with Demand Generation, Sales, and Marketing teams, you will maximize event impact and ensure alignment with business objectives. This full-time position emphasizes strategic thinking and execution to propel sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive field marketing strategies and event campaigns
• Partner with sales leadership to target priority accounts
• Evaluate field marketing investments for business impact
• Design impactful virtual and in-person event experiences
• Analyze event performance and report insights to leadership
Requirements:
• 5+ years in event or field marketing
• Proven success in driving pipeline and revenue
• Exceptional project management and leadership skills
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
• Experience managing large budgets for events
