As a Customer Engagement Strategist, you will own the execution of marketing programs designed to enhance customer interaction and activation. Your strong experience in managing review generation programs and customer reference systems will be key in aligning messaging with the sales team. We seek a collaborative individual comfortable working within cross-functional teams to deliver compelling narratives and plan high-level customer events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive customer marketing campaigns and activation strategies
• Manage customer reference databases and create case studies
• Curate content for seamless team access and usage
• Organize and execute customer advisory boards and events
• Collaborate with CS and sales to deliver targeted messaging
Requirements:
• 3+ years in customer marketing or related field
• Proficient in Salesforce and Asana or similar tools
• Background in cybersecurity or B2B technology
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Exceptional writing ability for customer narratives
