Position: Communications Coordinator for CAPE
Join the Canadian Association of Professional Employees (CAPE) as a Communications Coordinator, where your skills will amplify member engagement and communication strategies. This position is permanent and offers flexible work options.

As the Communications Coordinator, you will support CAPE’s communications initiatives by developing and coordinating a variety of digital outputs. Reporting to the Director of Communications, you will ensure that all materials resonate with members while adhering to CAPE’s strategic messaging and visual identity.

Your role focuses on producing engaging content and managing timelines for successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce bilingual content for web and email communications

• Oversee CAPE’s member email program from start to finish

• Update and maintain the bilingual website for accuracy

• Manage project timelines and documentation for communications

• Support collaboration across departments for initiatives

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and French, written and spoken

• Experience with CMS like Drupal and email platforms

• Strong editorial skills in both official languages

• Exceptional organization and project management abilities

• Previous experience in a unionized or advocacy setting is a plus
