• Lead development of business proposals and marketing content

• Facilitate research and delivery processes for proposals

• Collaborate with marketing on pursuit strategies for success

• Development of systems and templates for proposal efficiency

• Craft narratives that highlight project value from RFP/RFQ analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in the AEC sector

• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail

• Confident communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong visual design ability using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
