At DIALOG, we’re looking for a motivated and organized individual to transform complex requirements into persuasive proposals. This pivotal role will require collaboration with various teams, emphasizing storytelling and clear communication. You'll help develop refined processes for proposal delivery that align with our community-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion the creation and delivery of impactful proposals

• Manage proposal processes from research to final presentation

• Collaborate on pursuit strategy with marketing and expert practitioners

• Enhance existing processes for proposal development

• Write persuasive narratives from RFP/RFQ analysis

Requirements:

• University degree with 5+ years AEC industry experience

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite

• Advanced skills in creating visually compelling proposals
