- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with Clvgroup's overall business goals, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
- Manage and optimize the company's social media presence across various platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement with our target audience.
- Oversee the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis to maximize open and conversion rates.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities, adjusting marketing strategies accordingly to stay ahead in the industry.
- Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality, engaging content for the website, blogs, and other digital channels that resonate with our audience.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Lead SEO efforts to enhance organic search visibility, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media, ensuring effective budget allocation and ROI tracking.
- Foster relationships with external vendors and partners to enhance marketing efforts and explore new opportunities for collaboration.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, integrating new tools and techniques into our marketing strategies as appropriate.
- Mentor and guide junior marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, highlighting successes and areas for growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms to measure and analyze campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and present ideas clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is highly desirable.
