National Campaign Manager at Cuso International

Lead impactful national campaigns with Cuso International in Ottawa, Ontario. Engage Canadians in awareness and discussions around International Cooperation and aid through innovative multi-channel strategies.

As a National Campaign Manager, you will drive the development and execution of a multi-audience engagement campaign. Reporting to the Director, Engagement, your role combines strong project management and expert knowledge of fundraising, communications, and public engagement. You will motivate teams, integrate data-driven insights, and create compelling messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage nationwide engagement campaign development and execution

• Collaborate with stakeholders for messaging and thought leadership

• Implement strategies for engaging individuals and organizations

• Oversee campaign budget and ensure accountability

• Prepare regular performance reports with key metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields

• 3-5 years in leading multi-channel engagement or fundraising campaigns

• Strong track record in successful engagement initiatives

• Excellent communication skills in English;
French is a plus

• Familiarity with digital marketing and analytics tools
