Are you a creative storyteller, strategic thinker, and marketing enthusiast who loves turning great experiences into memorable brands?
We are looking for an energetic and innovative Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for Ottawa’s premier hospitality and leisure destination.
From luxury accommodations and unforgettable weddings to championship golf, spa experiences, dining, conferences, and special events, there is always something exciting happening.
Your role will be to tell those stories, connect with our audiences, and turn great experiences into Sensational Experiences for Guests

- Develop and execute creative marketing strategies that build awareness, drive revenue, increase bookings, and grow golf memberships.
- Bring fresh ideas to seasonal campaigns, promotions, packages, events, and new business opportunities.
- Keep both brands relevant, competitive, and top-of-mind in the Ottawa market.
- Lead the websites, social media, email marketing, digital advertising, and online presence for both properties.
- Develop engaging campaigns using SEO, SEM, social media, email, and digital advertising.
- Track trends and analytics to continually improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Create compelling content that showcases our hotel, golf, spa, dining, weddings, conferences, events, and unique guest experiences.
- Coordinate photography, video, graphics, and other creative content that brings our brands to life.
- Find creative ways to turn guest experiences and property highlights into engaging stories.
- Partner with Sales, Revenue Management, Golf, Spa, Food & Beverage, and Events to create campaigns that generate business.
- Develop targeted promotions for corporate clients, leisure travellers, golfers, wedding couples, event planners, and local guests.
- Support initiatives that increase repeat visits, guest loyalty, memberships, and direct bookings.
- Develop partnerships with tourism organizations, media, influencers, local businesses, and industry partners.
- Represent Brookstreet Hotel and The Marshes Golf Club at industry, community, and networking events.
- Identify opportunities to expand our reach and introduce our experiences to new audiences.
- Manage the marketing budget and external creative and advertising partners.
- Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, engagement, bookings, revenue, memberships, and event results.
- Use data and insights to make smart decisions and continuously improve our marketing strategy.
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to leadership.
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, tourism, golf, resort, lifestyle, or another experience-driven industry.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and website management.
- Experience with Google Analytics and digital performance reporting.
- Excellent writing, communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- A creative eye and passion for compelling content and storytelling.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, agencies, and external partners.
- The ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
