Partner Marketing Specialist

Ready to be a Titan? We are looking for a Partner Marketing Specialist to help grow Service Titan's industry and brand partnerships. This role will focus on supporting strong partner relationships, developing compelling brand content, and amplifying Service Titan's presence within its industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong brand marketing background, excellent storytelling skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

• Help drive our Industry & Brand partnerships: helping identify, develop, and manage partnerships rooted in shared brand positioning and market presence.
• Assist with day‑to‑day co‑marketing and brand strategy for flagship industry and brand partners.
• Integrate Service Titan's signature programs and event platforms into each partnership relationship.
• Build content and campaigns that elevate Service Titan's brand within the trades industry, from earned media moments to co‑branded storytelling.
• Coordinate speaking, panel, and event opportunities at partner‑hosted events to extend Service Titan's industry presence.
• Track and report on brand sentiment, earned media reach, partner‑driven audience reach, and content co‑creation output to demonstrate impact.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Communications, Executive Marketing, and other partner marketing leads to keep messaging aligned across the broader partner ecosystem.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in brand marketing, partner marketing, communications, or related roles, ideally with exposure to brand‑first partnerships.
• Proven track record of building co‑marketing initiatives or brand campaigns that drive awareness and earned media with external partners.
• Strong storytelling and brand instincts, with the ability to translate a partnership into a compelling public narrative.
• Excellent project management skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously.
• Experience working in cross‑functional and matrixed environments, collaborating with Communications, Executive Marketing, and other partner teams.
• Established communication skills, with the polish and confidence to represent Service Titan.
• Proficiency in marketing technology and analytics platforms to measure brand and campaign performance.
• Creative thinker with a passion for brand management and driving continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Asana, and other marketing technology platforms is a plus.
