In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of all marketing communications for the Altea and AVANT brands. You will create comprehensive strategies for onboarding, engagement, and retention, ensuring that every message reflects the quality expected. Your strategic insights will guide continuous testing and optimization efforts based on member interactions and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage lifecycle email and SMS campaigns
• Build and document customer journey maps for all phases
• Initiate continuous testing for improvement
• Optimize processes utilizing AI technology
• Keep detailed records of every journey and marketing action
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in retention or lifecycle marketing
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Knowledgeable in audience segmentation
• Valid Criminal Background Check required
