Collaborating closely with the Director, Engagement, you will oversee campaign messaging, audience segmentation, and project management, ensuring team alignment on shared goals. Your creativity and analytical skills will drive Cuso’s visibility and broaden its supporter base for future initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee a multi-channel engagement campaign focused on social equity
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape impactful messaging
• Implement diverse strategies for audience and donor engagement
• Manage campaign budget and analyze performance outcomes
• Facilitate reporting on key insights and adjustments
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
• 3-5 years in multi-channel campaign leadership
• Strong record of successful engagement strategies
• Proficiency in English, with bilingualism preferred
• Knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, and fundraising
