This role requires a diploma in Marketing/Communication and at least three years of relevant experience, ideally in gerontology. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing plan

• Manage inquiries and conduct tours of the residence

• Collaborate with the General Manager on showroom readiness

• Research market trends and external factors affecting marketing

• Enhance community relations with local groups and organizations

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing/Communication or equivalent experience

• Minimum three years’ experience in retirement or gerontology

• Excellent communication skills in English and French

• Knowledge of MS Office, Yardi, and CRM systems

• Strong adaptability to changing situations and client needs
