The Mint seeks a skilled Content Marketing Advisor to create impactful digital content. This hybrid position focuses on engaging audiences with bilingual content across various marketing channels.

In this role, you will report to the Manager, Content & Events and will design and implement content strategies aimed at B2C, B2B, and B2G markets. Your creativity will shine through the creation of digital assets and in-depth consumer research that aligns with corporate messaging. Collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment to deliver consistent, quality content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ideate and define content goals with internal and external teams

• Create content for blogs, websites, and social media platforms

• Proofread and ensure content aligns with brand standards

• Manage and schedule content across multiple platforms

• Generate insights from customer and content analytics

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and French

• Minimum 5 years in content marketing roles

• Exceptional writing skills for digital media

• Knowledge of SEO and digital trends

• University degree in relevant fields
