This is a 12-month temporary position with the possibility of extension and could be based in Ottawa, Toronto or Montreal.
Key Responsibilities Employer brand strategy- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract high-quality candidates across key talent segments
- Define and refine the Employee Value Proposition using data, research and employee insights
- Manage and evolve CBC/Radio Canada’s brand guidelines to ensure diversity and reconciliation commitments; consistency in voice, tone, and visual identity across all Employer Branding platforms and materials.
- Collaborate with internal partners (hiring managers, communications, subject matter experts and recruiting teams) to identify needs and competitive advantages
- Partner with Marketing to align messaging with overall brand identity
- Develop compelling content such as social media posts, videos, blogs, and employee stories to cultivate community, increase influence, and effectively promote the company's culture and values.
- Manage and optimize’s presence on employer review sites (e.g., Glassdoor, Linked In).
- Design recruitment marketing campaigns, including job ads, email campaigns, and careers page content.
- Develop, implement, and manage our TA social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Linked In, X, Facebook and Tik Tok
- Establish Key Performance Indicators and analyze campaign performance and candidate engagement metrics; provide insights and recommendations
- Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience across all touchpoints
- Monitor industry trends and competitor employer branding strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or digital marketing
- Must be fluent in English and French (both spoken and written).
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills
- Excellent knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices and analytics tools.
