Senior Email Marketing Coordinator

• Design, schedule, distribute, and analyze email campaigns
• Manage automated workflows and troubleshoot delivery issues
• Create branded graphics, presentations, publications, and video content
• Support logistics for seminars and annual conferences
• Coordinate sponsor ships, suppliers, merchandise, and promotional inventory

• Three to five years of email marketing and design experience
• College diploma or certificate in marketing or related discipline
• Proficiency with email platforms and web-based design tools
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office
• At least three years coordinating external suppliers and service providers
