Position: Senior Individual Giving Director Role
Lead individual charitable donations as the Senior Individual Giving Director at the Canadian Museum of Nature, crafting innovative strategies to maximize donor engagement and contributions.

You will play a central role in driving the Museum’s individual giving strategies, overseeing annual, mid-level, and major gift campaigns. This position requires a strong focus on nurturing donor relationships, performance metrics, and revenue forecasting, as well as a commitment to fostering a culture of philanthropy across the Museum. Collaborate with a range of external stakeholders to build connections that result in sustained philanthropic support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement donor-centric fundraising strategies

• Manage a portfolio of high-value donors and prospects

• Ensure successful donor stewardship and engagement

• Conduct analysis for revenue forecasting and trend evaluation

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance philanthropic initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in business, public relations, or equivalent

• 7–10 years of experience in fundraising within non-profits

• Strong background in major gifts and relationship management

• Proficiency in CRM systems for donor reporting

• Strategic planning and budget management expertise
