You will collaborate with the Chief Development Officer and various teams to ensure a well-maintained donor database. Key responsibilities include entering donor data, overseeing gift acknowledgment processes, and generating reports on fundraising performance. Your analytical skills will contribute directly to strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate data entry within CRM systems
• Conduct data cleanup and audits periodically
• Manage the acknowledgment letter process for donors
• Produce reports on donation trends and activities
• Assist Finance in reconciling donation records
Requirements:
• Associate’s degree in information systems or related fields
• Minimum one year experience with CRM databases
• Experience with Donor Perfect preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
