This role will see you overseeing the development and delivery of knowledge-sharing programs aimed at increasing municipalities' financing readiness for climate adaptation initiatives. Your expertise will be essential in guiding municipalities through the complexities of project financing and risk management, essential for sustainable infrastructure development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement capacity-building activities
• Develop impactful guides and resources for municipalities
• Organize peer learning and engagement sessions
• Collaborate on program evaluations
• Coordinate logistical support for training initiatives
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in program development or education
• Degree in climate policy or related disciplines
• Strong understanding of adaptation strategies
• Proven communication and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, bilingual in English/French
