Volunteer Engagement Specialist at CREA

Elevate stakeholder involvement as a Volunteer Engagement Specialist at the Canadian Real Estate Association. This hybrid role focuses on improving engagement activities and support for volunteers.

As part of a 12-month contract, you will report directly to the Director of Industry & Volunteer Engagement.

Your role encompasses managing both the Association Executive Network and CREA’s Volunteer Program, providing essential support to stakeholders while identifying opportunities for program enhancement. Ideal candidates are highly organized and have a service-oriented mindset, comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and maintaining comprehensive program documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Volunteer Program and Association Executive Network

• Lead engagement and recognition initiatives planning

• Manage meetings, documentation, and logistics coordination

• Maintain stakeholder databases and analyze engagement metrics

• Develop communications and resources for volunteers and executives

Requirements:

• Relevant college diploma or university degree

• At least three years in volunteer management or program delivery

• Strong relationship-building experience with stakeholders

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and community platforms

• Effective communication and organizational skills
