Position: Coordinator for Christmas Kettle Services
Location: Kemptville

Help change lives as a Coordinator for Christmas Kettle Services at The Salvation Army. Manage staff and volunteers to ensure smooth kettle operations across the community.

In this temporary role, you will supervise the kettle campaign’s activities, from training volunteers to handling donations securely. Your proactive outreach will help build lasting relationships at kettle sites and encourage community involvement. Ensure each aspect of the campaign runs flawlessly, reflecting The Salvation Army's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support kettle operations and volunteer staff

• Ensure smooth delivery and retrieval of kettles daily

• Report daily issues and manage supply for kettles

• Participate in the recruitment of volunteer staff

• Track and submit required reports and timesheets

Requirements:

• At least one year of related customer service experience

• Valid Ontario Class “G” Driver’s License required

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Capable of lifting/moving 12 kg (25 lbs.)

• Flexibility in scheduling and local travel needs
