Program Coordinator Community Outreach

Position: Program Coordinator for Community Outreach
Drive community impact as a Program Coordinator focused on resource referrals and outreach. Engage in client service and program support as part of a full-time position at EORC.

This role is critical for maintaining the quality and effectiveness of the programs. You will provide direct support and guidance to staff while facilitating team training and managing client interactions. Collaboration with community partners will be essential to address service gaps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training for program staff

• Handle client inquiries and facilitate service delivery

• Maintain accurate records and compliance measures

• Represent programs at community meetings

• Support staff engagement in outreach initiatives

Requirements:

• University degree or diploma in social work or equivalent

• Two years’ experience in the field

• Proven program evaluation skills

• Required fluency in English and French

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
