Position: International Student Ministry Staff
Engage with diverse international students through meaningful relationships and events as part of the Power to Change team. This position focuses on spiritual guidance and cultural integration.

As an International Student Ministry Staff with Power to Change, you will foster connections with students, organizing cultural and spiritual events, and sharing the gospel across various backgrounds. The role emphasizes face-to-face ministry and serving as a cultural bridge to help students adapt to life in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build authentic relationships with international students

• Organize social and spiritual events for student engagement

• Share the gospel respectfully across cultures

• Provide discipleship for new believers and interested students

• Attend weekly team and prayer meetings

Requirements:

• Commitment to international student ministry and Christ

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Post-secondary education and ministry experience

• Heart of a servant leader

• Multilingual skills valued
