The OpportunityWe are looking for full or part time primary care nurse practitioners. You will provide general and preventative care, conduct check‑ups, treat illnesses, order lab tests, and prescribe medication for children and adults. You'll help with all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatments, and consultations.
Compensation is highly competitive and commensurate based on education and experience.

- Practice independently to perform age-appropriate health histories and physical examinations for complex acute, critical, and chronically ill perioperative patients.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic and therapeutic tests based on patients’ age‑specific and clinical needs.
- Prescribe appropriate pharmacologic and non‑pharmacologic treatments in accordance with best practices and scope of practice.
- Implement clinical interventions to support patients in regaining or maintaining physiologic stability, including serving in a first‑assist role when required.
- Assist in the delivery of surgical care in compliance with facility, provincial, and federal regulations, and monitor the effectiveness of interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams by making appropriate referrals and facilitating informed decision‑making for staff, patients, and families through education and communication.
- Demonstrate strong empathy, communication, critical thinking, conflict resolution, and problem‑solving skills.
- Provide clear, compassionate medical advice to patients and their families.
- Make evidence‑based clinical decisions to support high‑quality patient care.
- Advocate for patient safety, quality of care, and optimal health outcomes.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service, collaboration, and teamwork.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Completion of a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing.
- Successful completion of a Master’s‑level program.
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current registration and good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
- Professional Liability Insurance in place.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident), or hold a valid work permit for at least 12 months from the start date. Sponsorship is not available.
