You will be a welcomed team member, working in a fast-paced environment, making a meaningful difference in residents’ lives. As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will provide compassionate, high‑quality nursing care that supports residents’ health, safety, and overall well‑being, while contributing to the culture of the home and helping residents live fully, every day.

• Strong knowledge of safe medication administration, with the ability to prepare and administer prescribed medications and treatments according to physician orders and the College of Nurses of Ontario standards
• Excellent documentation and communication skills, following up on all concerns and complaints forwarded by a Client, family, or team members and seeking assistance from the Registered Nurse or designator
• Promoting the Client’s self‑care and self‑sufficiency, emphasizing adaptation and abilities, wellness, and preventative health education, treating the whole person
• Proven ability to complete assessments, RAPS, and individualized care plans accurately and within required time frames
• Supporting the unregulated care workers through guidance, direction, training and education
• Post‑graduate studies in Geriatrics and Nursing Administration is an asset
• Performing other duties as assigned

• Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate.
• Current Medication Administration Certificate.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in Geriatric Nursing, Healthcare and/or Rehabilitation as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN).
• You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit.
• You must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check.
