Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents

• Administer medications according to physician orders

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation

• Guide unregulated care workers effectively

• Develop individualized care plans on schedule

Requirements:

• Active RPN registration with the College of Nurses

• At least one year in Geriatric Nursing

• Valid BCLS and Medication Administration Certificates

• Authorized to work in Canada

• Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check
