As an RPN, your role centers on providing quality care and forming connections with residents. You will leverage your strong knowledge of medication administration and communication skills while guiding other support workers. This position emphasizes promoting wellness and comfort as you fulfill daily nursing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents
• Administer medications according to physician orders
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation
• Guide unregulated care workers effectively
• Develop individualized care plans on schedule
Requirements:
• Active RPN registration with the College of Nurses
• At least one year in Geriatric Nursing
• Valid BCLS and Medication Administration Certificates
• Authorized to work in Canada
• Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check
