This role at Headwaters Health Care Centre involves providing quality patient and family nursing care in the D Wing. As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will work within your scope, ensuring adherence to nursing standards set by the College of Nurses of Ontario. We seek candidates with strong judgment, assessment skills, and a commitment to patient care in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide quality nursing care to patients and families
• Collaborate within the interdisciplinary health team
• Practice according to nursing philosophy and standards
• Demonstrate sound judgment and assessment skills
• Maintain acceptable performance and attendance records
Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse status in Ontario
• Diploma in nursing from a recognized program
• Current BCLS certification
• Medical surgical experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
