Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular complex assessments on patients

• Administer medication and manage wound care

• Collaborate with respiratory staff for patient support

• Manage individualized comprehensive care plans

• Participate actively in daily healthcare team rounds

Requirements:

• Active nursing license in Ontario

• At least one year of Adult Surgical/Medical experience

• Completion of required competency lists

• BCLS certification capability

• Language proficiency in English and French is advantageous
