Interested in becoming an Registered Nurse in Carlsbad, New Mexico ? E-3 green card starts after 90 days of working! We are hiring for multiple full‑time positions in many specialties and offer full training and orientation. We are a nice smaller hospital‑90 beds with renovations and a great team with a positive work environment looking to invest in new nurses.

Medical Surgical, L/D, ER, ICU, and Med Surgical. A 6‑to‑14‑week orientation will be provided.

• We are offering a $15,000 USD retention bonus (every 3 months you will receive an additional check for $2,500).
