Key Responsibilities:
• Complete thorough patient assessments and documentation
• Develop interdisciplinary care plans with patients
• Order and interpret necessary diagnostic tests
• Prescribe therapy and monitor patient outcomes
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field
• Ontario Extended Class registration required
• Minimum of three years recent clinical nursing experience
• Experience in Pediatrics or Cardiac specialties preferred

Current BLS certification
