Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive health assessments for each resident

• Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration to meet care goals

• Educate and guide new nursing staff and students

• Maintain detailed documentation through Point Click Care

• Promote restorative nursing techniques among residents
Requirements:

• Excellent care planning and assessment abilities

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively across health sectors

• Experience in IV therapy or restorative nursing is beneficial

• Willingness to mentor and teach others
