Timberwalk Community Part Time RPN

Join Timber walk Retirement Community as a part time Registered Practical Nurse and provide dedicated care to seniors. This position runs from 3pm to 11pm to meet residents' needs in Kanata, ON.

As a part time RPN, you will be integral in assessing resident needs and ensuring effective nursing services. Your responsibilities also include overseeing medication administration and supporting new staff in their roles. Collaborate with the Director of Care to enhance overall resident care quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in health care plan development and evaluation

• Perform thorough nursing assessments of residents

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Facilitate personal care for residents when needed

• Supervise PSW/HCA efforts during shifts

Requirements:

• Active nursing registration in Ontario

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience

• Certification in CPR and First Aid

• Team-oriented approach with adaptability

• Passion for working with seniors
